Baja Fresh Mexican Grill {COMING SOON | Spring 2012} After listening to our customers feedback, Campus Dining decided it was time to seriously consider replacing Green Burrito. Campus Dining started the process by introducing the possibility of the change to our Food Committee. After receiving a high level of support behind our decision, we started to move forward with the process. On March 7, 2011 Campus Dining reached out to the campus with a survey asking “What next Mexican food concept would you like to see in the TSU Food Court?”. After three weeks we received 3,113 total surveys from 83% students, 4% faculty, 10% staff, 3% others. Our Campus Dining marketing department and TSU Food Court managers did site visits to the top four concepts selected on the survey. Our Director researched and called all of the top four selections to review the creditability of their companies and see if they would be interested on coming to our campus. After analyzing the survey and our research we presented the results and findings to the ASI president and TSU staff. They were pleased with the end conclusion and gave us a green light to move forward. The results were then presented to our Food Committee team and voted on by the ASI Governing Board who approved adding Baja Fresh in the TSU Food Court. We join in the excitement of the new addition to the Food Court and welcome Baja Fresh as our new Campus Dining Mexican food concept.
